Arbeia at 70
On 20 June 2023, Arbeia celebrated the 70th anniversary of the museum opening its doors to the public.
1953 - A new museum
The new museum cost £3,710 to build.
Granary/barracks. The remains were laid out with grass and gravel and metal signs.
